Beginning Monday, June 1, 2026, this clinic location will be closed, and our practice will relocate to a nearby established VCS location. While the location is changing, please be reassured that your care is not ending—only our address is. Our providers and team remain committed to serving you, and our physicians will maintain their privileges at St. Mary’s Hospital, so any hospital care or procedures will continue without interruption.
