Tika McGuiness, MS, RN, FNP-BC

Tika McGuiness, MS, RN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Virginia Cardiovascular Specialists. She provides patient care at the Forest Avenue office and has clinical interests in preventive cardiology, general and interventional cardiology, and heart failure management. Tika is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their heart health and strives to build relationships based on trust and understanding to help each person live life to the fullest.

Outside of work, she enjoys spin class, running, reading fiction, and playing board games—and she speaks three languages
